Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
Delivery Areas We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reliable courier partners.

- Major cities (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth): 3–7 business days
- Remote/outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight. Free delivery may apply on qualifying bulk orders — contact us at infokitchenherbs@gmail.com for wholesale delivery rates.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make a second attempt or leave a collection notice. kitchenHerbs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please email infokitchenherbs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
